1. Purpose
BIG LU GOLF provides a personal tool for recording golf caddy rounds, tips and estimated earnings. The service is for personal recordkeeping, not payroll, tax, accounting, legal or financial advice.
2. Information collected
When you register, we collect your username, email address and a securely hashed password. When you use the tracker, you provide dates, services, player counts, tips and optional notes. We also maintain account-security and consent records. Avoid entering names or personal information about golfers or other people in notes.
3. How information is used
We use this information to operate your private dashboard, authenticate you, send account messages, provide support and protect the service. We do not intentionally collect bank account details, credit card numbers or government identification numbers. We do not sell your earnings records or use them for advertising.
4. Access and hosting
Your records are stored on the WordPress hosting server and are intended to be visible only to your account and authorized site administrators or hosting/service providers who need access for maintenance or security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering accurate data, keeping your login confidential, and maintaining your own backups. Earnings calculations and reports may contain errors and must be verified against actual payments before financial or tax use.
6. Availability and limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free calculations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Data requests
You may contact the site operator to request access, correction or deletion of your account and earnings data, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Contact details should be provided on this site before public launch.
8. Updates
We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date. Material changes may require renewed consent.
